1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us before this period expires, by an unequivocal statement, that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You can do this by emailing info@futurefactory3d.eu. You may also use the model withdrawal form provided further down this page.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

A statutory exception to the right of withdrawal may apply to certain products, including products made to your specifications or clearly personalized products. These exceptions are explained below.

2. Notifying Us of a Return and Returning the Product

Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? Notify us within the withdrawal period that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

To do so, email info@futurefactory3d.eu, preferably including your order number and the product you wish to return. You do not need to give a reason for withdrawing.

We will then send you practical return instructions. You do not need to wait for our response or approval to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return the product no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You meet the deadline if you send the product before that period expires.

Pack the product carefully to prevent damage in transit. We recommend keeping your proof of shipment until the return has been processed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the product.

You may choose your own carrier for the return shipment. Shipping costs depend on the carrier and shipping method you select.

If the wrong product was delivered, it arrived damaged, or it does not conform to the contract, contact us at info@futurefactory3d.eu. In such cases, your statutory rights apply and we will cover the necessary return costs.

4. Refunds

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the original standard shipping costs.

If you chose a shipping method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional costs will not be refunded.

We will refund you as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after you inform us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have provided evidence that you have returned it, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we expressly agree otherwise. We will not charge any fees for the refund.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

A statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies to certain products.

These include products that:

• are manufactured according to specific customer instructions;

• are clearly personalized, for example by adding a name or personal text;

• are not prefabricated and are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision by the customer.

At Future Factory 3D, this may apply, for example, to specially designed 3D-printed parts or products with personalized modifications.

Please note: the fact that a product is 3D-printed only after an order is placed does not, in itself, mean that the right of withdrawal is excluded. Standard products manufactured to order are generally still covered by the right of withdrawal.

If an exception applies to a product, we will state this clearly on the relevant product page before you place your order.

These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective or does not conform to the contract.

6. Statutory Warranty and Complaints

Statutory warranty

All Future Factory 3D products are covered by the statutory warranty.

This means a product must meet what you, as a consumer, may reasonably expect from it. If a product does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to an appropriate statutory remedy, such as repair or replacement at no cost. If this is not possible or is not provided within a reasonable time, you may be entitled, subject to the statutory conditions, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.

These statutory rights also apply to personalized and custom-made products.

Do you have a complaint about a product, delivery, or our services? Contact us at info@futurefactory3d.eu.

Please include your order number and a clear description of the complaint where possible. Photos can help us assess the issue more quickly.

We handle complaints carefully and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days. If we need more time, we will let you know within that period.
