Replacement for the discontinued SieMatic Release Mechanism Actuator

This plastic release mechanism was used in SieMatic kitchens as part of the actuator mechanism for an internal drawer. The original SieMatic part has been discontinued and unavailable since 2014.

Future Factory 3D has therefore developed a replacement release mechanism based on the original SieMatic part. It is designed as a functional replacement for use when the existing component is damaged or broken.

Ready to use upon delivery

The replacement part is produced on demand and supplied ready for use. Its dimensions, mounting points and geometry are identical to the original SieMatic part, allowing it to be installed in the same position as the original release mechanism.

Designed for everyday use

The development process focused not only on dimensions and fit, but also on the mechanical function of the part and its suitability for everyday use.

The replacement part is manufactured on demand using additive manufacturing. This makes it possible to produce replacement parts that are no longer available from the original manufacturer, without the need to maintain large inventories.

Specifications

The part is supplied in white, matching the colour of the original plastic component. Due to differences in material, manufacturing process, use and ageing, the colour and surface finish may vary slightly from an existing original part.

The surface texture and layer lines characteristic of the additive manufacturing process may be visible in some areas. This does not affect the intended function of the part.
